Involved neighbors make the best neighborhoods!
There are many opportunities to get involved. In addition to the groups below the board and architectural control committee are always looking for the next volunteer to help guide the neighborhood.
For those that like to get their hands dirty! We have some beautiful yards in the neighborhood and would love to connect for the better good of our entrances. There are some simple garden tasks that we could do together and make light work with many hands. If you would like to get together with fellow gardeners and get your hands dirty a few times a year, we would love to garden with you.
Join us monthly after work for some laughter and fellowship as we wind down and catch up. Sometimes it’s a game of Bunko other times we just visit, either way the door is open for you to join us at a neighbors’ home with friends in the neighborhood. This group also assists the HOA board with the annual block party and other community events.
The mission statement within our Articles of Incorporation state “Southview HOA is to promote the health, safety and welfare of it’s residents”. We do this by acts of kindness, supporting those in need and offering goodies to our local Heros across the street at Fire Station No. 1 and the Police Station.
Moving in to a neighborhood can be stressful. We want to meet your family and encourage you to get involved in your new community. Help us welcome our new neighbors with a treat and some kind words.
