ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

All changes to the exterior of your home need to go through ACC/HOA Board approval

Why do I need ACC approval?

Most importantly we want to keep our neighborhood beautiful and our property values up. The purpose for Deed Restrictions in a community, is so everyone follows the same set of rules and guidelines on their governing documents. When a homeowner signed the deed at closing, they are agreeing to abide by the restrictions in their HOA’s governing documents.

What if I don’t submit an ACC request?

An unapproved modification may be subject to a violation, fine, or removal of the non-compliant modification.
